- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup chopped jalapenos
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
