- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add a little oil.
- Add the chopped carrots and celery, sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Season the vegetables with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken broth and stir to combine.
- Place the chicken breasts in the pot and close the lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, quick release the pressure and shred the chicken.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and drop them into the broth.
- Seal the lid again and cook on high pressure for an additional 5 minutes.
- Release the pressure, stir in the shredded chicken and parsley, and serve warm.
