- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in buttermilk until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, and roll out.
- Cut into biscuits and place on a baking sheet.
- In another bowl, season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, then drizzle with hot honey.
- Assemble chicken in between biscuits and brush tops with beaten egg.
- Bake biscuits for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate in hot honey for a few hours.
- Swap out chicken thighs for chicken breasts if preferred.
