  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, and garlic. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame oil. Brush the mixture over the meatballs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
