  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the peanut butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: baking soda, salt, and whole wheat flour.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
