  • 4 cups hash browns
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a greased pie dish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  5. Stir in the turkey bacon and cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the baked hash brown crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
