- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
