1 pound ground beef
4 strips turkey bacon
1 onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
4 slices provolone cheese
4 hoagie rolls
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Add olive oil to the same skillet and sauté onions and bell peppers until softened.
Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Layer provolone cheese on top of the beef and let melt.
