- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 8 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin. Cook until onion is soft.
- Spread 1/2 cup enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
