- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
