These garlic parmesan chicken skewers are an easy and delicious dish that make cooking at home enjoyable.

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix until evenly coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Spear the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
