  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they’re pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice; mix well.
