A quick and delicious pasta dish featuring fresh spinach, tomatoes, and turkey bacon that is perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. Combine pasta with the sautéed mixture, crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
