1 cup orzo pasta
2 cups chicken broth
1 pound chicken breast, diced
6 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1 cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add onions. Cook until caramelized.
Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in orzo, chicken broth, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a baking dish, top with crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheese.

Notes
For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and turkey bacon.
