1 cup cooked spinach, drained and chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
Spread an even layer of the spinach dip mixture over each tortilla.
Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For a little heat, consider adding some diced jalapeños to the spinach mixture.
