  • 4 cups water
  • 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. In a pot, combine rice and water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked salmon, turkey bacon, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  5. Spread the cooked rice in a greased baking dish.
