  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. Stir in elbow macaroni, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  6. Crumble the crispy turkey bacon on top before serving.
