  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
  3. Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes, stir in Italian seasoning, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add diced chicken ham and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and shredded mozzarella, then add the cooked noodles.
