  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return the turkey bacon to the skillet, then add the shredded chicken and cooked lo mein noodles.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Cook until heated through.
