A quick and delicious recipe for Ground Beef Enchiladas that the whole family will enjoy.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the beef mixture.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Spread some enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll tightly.
  7. Place the rolled tortillas in the baking dish seam side down.
  8. Pour remaining enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
