Ingredients

  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, cucumber, feta cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and golden on top.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
