  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Soak chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Remove chicken from pickle juice and pat dry.
  5. Coat chicken with olive oil and then dip into the parmesan mixture until fully coated.
  6. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
