A delightful stuffing recipe that combines the savory flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread, cubed
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon sage, dried
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion and celery, cooking until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cooked vegetables, spices, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  • Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
