  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine chicken broth, chicken breasts, carrots, celery, peas, cream of chicken soup, and spices.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  4. Cut biscuit dough into quarters and stir into the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
