  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
