1 large head of cabbage
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
In a pan, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Remove cabbage leaves and layer them in the bottom of the crock pot.
Add a layer of the beef mixture on top of the cabbage.
Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cabbage is tender.
