1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the shredded chicken, white beans, corn, chicken broth, heavy cream, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
