  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the spinach and sundried tomatoes, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then add salmon fillets to the skillet.
  6. Cook the salmon for about 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  7. Top with the crispy turkey bacon and serve hot.
