  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  2. Stir in paprika and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add seafood stock and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and add shrimp and crab, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then serve hot.
