  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces twisted pasta
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and combined.

Notes
