- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup seafood stock
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt to taste
