  • 1 pound fresh crab meat
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup seafood stock
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  3. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add seafood stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in crab meat and heavy cream.
  6. Season with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes before serving.
