  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, onion, and garlic; sauté until onion is translucent.
