Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, minced onion, chopped cranberries, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with cranberry sauce over the top.
