3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
Add baking soda and salt to the banana mixture and stir.
Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the flour until just incorporated, then fold in the ground cinnamon.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a sweeter bread, add more sugar to taste.
You can also add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
