3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
Gradually mix in the flour until just combined.
In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar to create a swirl mix.
Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon mix on top. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon.
Use a knife to swirl the batter slightly.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
