A rich and moist chocolate cake that is baked in a Bundt pan for a stunning presentation.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before removing from pan.

Notes
