  • 1 pound beef, sliced thin
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the oyster sauce and beef broth, and cook until the sauce thickens.
