  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese and half of the turkey bacon on top of the potatoes.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, cheese, and turkey bacon.
  5. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the layered potatoes.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
