- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 ball of burrata
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet.
