1 cup broccoli florets
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup cooked rice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and cooked rice.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle more cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
This casserole can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
