  • 1 pound beef flank steak, sliced thin
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
  2. Add beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, and stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and beef broth to the pan, then cover and steam for 3-4 minutes.
