  • 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken and tomatoes on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Warm the pita breads in the oven for the last 5 minutes of baking.
