- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it into pieces.
- Add olive oil in the same pot and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
