1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 cup enchilada sauce
4 flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the beef is browned.
Stir in the chili powder and cumin.
Pour in the enchilada sauce and mix well.
