  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and half of the garlic and ginger for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add broccoli, remaining garlic, ginger, and beef broth.
  5. Cook until broccoli is tender and the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
