Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas, and mix until combined.
  4. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden.
