Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, mashed banana, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
