Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon.
  5. Coat the top of each fillet with the Parmesan mixture.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily.
