  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground chicken until browned, then add the taco seasoning and water.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Place the tortillas in a baking dish and fill each with the chicken mixture.
